He is currently the Director & Head of the ENT & Cochlear Implant Program at Max Smart Hospital, Saket. He has mentored over 18 centers across India and has been an active faculty member at national and international conferences. Dr. Mrig played an instrumental role in developing guidelines for AOI and CI surgeries and has published books and papers internationally.

Apart from her professional work, she actively supports Sankalp Trust Foundation initiatives for underprivileged children with hearing loss.
